  • Goedkeuring deur die Raad van Trustees volg.
  • Kantoor sal bevestig met eienaar of agent.

Conditions for new Residents

  • No person other than a retired person or the spouse of a retired person may occupy the unit, except with the approval of the Body Corporate.
  • The principal lessee and any occupants are not younger than 50 years of age, except with the approval of the Body Corporate.

Pets Are Allowed

Olive Crescent is one of the few retirement villages in Pretoria that allows dogs AND cats. The rules allow a maximum of two pets per unit, subject to specific rules and with prior approval of the trustees.
